忍小鬼的包装设计以日系道场的配色为主，主要是木板、榻榻米的颜色并配上了一些忍者常有的元素。封面的人设则是穿着经典忍者服的小鬼形象，下半身的衣服则是被撕开，露出系带式内裤。红色缎带和忍者服的搭配会让我想起侍魂里的娜可露露，但忍小鬼则是更偏向雌小鬼一点的人设。
盒的左面是忍小鬼的胶体数据，并重点介绍了子宫玩法
盒的右面是忍小鬼的人设，主要是背景故事
背面则是忍小鬼的通道展示，采用了手绘的形式。
忍小鬼采取了小半身的设计，整体会呈现一个弓腰向后仰的体态。
上半身是经典的双乳设计，随小但乳晕和乳头的设计也都一应俱全
中间的小肚子马甲线非常明显，显得腹部的格外的凸起。背部还有肋骨一类的细节，更有小鬼的感觉。
忍小鬼的入口相对别的圣杯来说要更加内敛一点，极小的樱唇完全是凹陷在入口内侧的，还挺有二次元lo莉的感觉。再加上慢玩的设计所以胶体做的比较柔软，看起来骨感的外观捏起来却是意外的柔嫩。
忍小鬼的通道比较经典，分为两个部分。
首先是从入口开始一路到底部的网格状高凸起结构，主打的是通道的剐蹭
然后就是底部的一个子宫结构，标准的狭窄入口和子宫腔体设计。
